Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai extends floating breathwork sessions through 2026
Guests can float beneath the skyline during guided 60-minute sessions
DUBAI – Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is extending its floating breathwork experience in partnership with UAE wellness community Breasy, following two successful sessions at Noia by the Pool.
The immersive rooftop sessions will continue every other Thursday until the end of 2026. Guests are invited to combine guided breathwork with sound and weightlessness while floating above the city.
Set on the hotel’s 11th floor, the 60-minute experience takes place at the rooftop pool beneath the Dubai skyline. Each guest receives an individual floating mattress, eye mask and wireless headphones designed to create an immersive soundscape throughout the session.
The guided experience brings together breath, sound and weightlessness, with the sessions focused on performance, recovery and regulation. The upcoming dates are 24 September, 8 October, 22 October and 5 November, with further sessions continuing every other Thursday.
Session details
The experience begins at 8pm at Noia by the Pool, with each session lasting 60 minutes. The price is Dh325 plus VAT per person and includes the floating mattress, immersive wireless headphones, eye mask and guided breathwork.
Spaces are limited, with advance booking recommended through Breasy. The sessions are being hosted at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai, located in Wasl Tower on Albanny Street, Sheikh Zayed Road.
